Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a dental practice in Fordingbridge, Hampshire to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is part-time (up to 20 hours weekly) with surgeries available Monday to Saturday.

Self-employed with a four-month notice period; NHS earnings plus private income potential in a well-equipped 9-surgery practice. Private income is paid at a 50% split, with access to CBCT, microscope, Hygienist, Therapist, and Treatment Coordinator support.

Qualifications

• GDC registration and active performer number are required.
• Indemnity insurance appropriate for professional private practice is required.
• Part-time availability up to 20 hours per week with NHS/private earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care to patients within a busy practice.
• Work within a team with an established patient list and private earning potential.
• Salary/fees to be negotiated with a 50% private income split and monthly payments.
