Job summary

ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with a well-established practice in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, is seeking an Associate Dentist for three days per week. The role offers a stable base with an established patient list to inherit and a supportive team in a community-focused environment.

You will benefit from flexible UDA allocation (ideally 3,000+ UDAs) and earnings potential up to £14 per UDA depending on experience, with good private earning potential in a permanent, three-surgery

Qualifications

• GDC-registered dentists with an active performer number.
• PLVE mentoring considered for first NHS role in England.
• Three-surgery practice with established patient base.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within an established patient list.
• Work flexible UDA allocation in a three-surgery setting.
• Collaborate with a long-standing clinical and support team.
