Job summary

Green Apple Dental in Hornsea is seeking a Part Time Performer Dentist to join a busy, independent practice for emergency sessions on Thursdays and Fridays. You will handle up to 3000 UDAs annually across general dentistry and be supported by a full team.

Remuneration is circa £50,000 plus private work, with options of £16 per UDA or £500 per day, a 50% private/lab split, and £300 per day guaranteed for emergency sessions. Accommodation is available above the practice.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number

Responsibilities

• Provide dentistry on Thursdays and Fridays for two days per week as required.
• Work across up to 3000 UDAs per annum with a mixed NHS/private practice.
• Collaborate with a full support team in a busy independent practice near Hornsea.
