Job summary

LinkLiving, part of Link Group Limited, is recruiting an Assistant Project Worker for the Older Persons Service. The role is based at Kirkcaldy with regular travel throughout Fife, 15 hours per week over two days. You will support elderly clients with light home-based assistance and help them stay engaged in their communities.

The role requires empathy, teamwork, good IT skills, and a valid driving licence. Benefits include generous holiday entitlement and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills and ability to use technology to maintain records.
• Knowledge of issues affecting older people, including dementia.
• Ability to prioritise own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide light touch support to Older Persons Service users in their homes.
• Travel regularly across Fife to meet service needs.
• Work closely with project workers and volunteers to engage service users.
• Support social inclusion and community engagement for elderly clients.
