Harvester Mallard is hiring a Part Time Assistant Manager at Mallard - Harvester in the UK. You will support the General Manager, coach the team and deliver great guest experiences, while acting as Duty Manager in the GM's absence.

You will lead by example, train and inspire staff to deliver food, drink and service to the highest standard, and help create a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant supervisory role and managing teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and maintain guest focus.
• Willingness to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not present.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest moments.
