Job summary

Equans is seeking a part-time afternoon cleaner to join our team at Barnstaple Magistrates Court, North Walk, Barnstaple EX31 1DY. The role is permanent, 15 hours per week, with a salary of £13.05 per hour and a benefits package. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 14:45-17:45.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene on-site, while interacting professionally with staff and the public. A BPSS vetting process and DBS clearance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaner.
• At least one year’s experience within a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety.
• Maintain a professional manner with staff and the general public.
