Job summary

Your World is recruiting an experienced Band 6 Acute Adult Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist for a part-time role in Ashford. You will work with adults in inpatient rehab, providing dysphagia management and building strong patient relationships.

HCPC-registered SLT with post-graduate dysphagia experience; right to work in the UK required. The role offers competitive hourly pay (£35–£42) and a comprehensive benefits package. Training and support are included to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC-registered SLT degree in Speech & Language Therapy.
• Post-graduate experience with dysphagia patients.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dysphagia assessment and management for adults in inpatient rehab.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
• Support and educate patients and families.
