A small successful business in Amersham is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to manage payroll and accounts. Responsibilities include preparing payroll for 100 employees, managing ledgers, and handling business expenses. The ideal candidate has experience in accounts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to flexible working hours. My client is a lovely small and successful business who are now seeking a part time person to work alongside their senior accounts person. This is a small team of 2 and attention to detail will be paramount.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday (phone number removed)pm. Please note that a car driver is essential due to the location of the company.
Some flexibility is also important as you will need to cover full time for your colleague in times of holidays etc.
This is an urgent position with the successful candidate able to start before Xmas.
If you do not have payroll experience the company are willing to train the successful candidate.
Thus is an SME organisation and their approach is all hands-on deck!
You must be flexible and adaptable in your approach and be happy with some monotonous tasks such as filing and figure input.
