A local recruitment agency based in Bristol is seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant for a temporary role with the potential for permanence. This position involves approximately 15 hours of work each week and focuses on transactional finance tasks such as bank reconciliations, raising sales invoices, and credit control. Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role and proficiency in Sage Line 50.
Morgan Mckinley are supporting a company based in Bristol who are looking to expand their small finance team and are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to work initially on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent.
You will be reporting into the Finance Manager and working approx 15 hours a week, the role will be transactional and will be focused around more of the Accounts Receivable side so doing things like bank reconciliations, raising sales invoices, credit control and month end process.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role, has Sage Line 50 experience and can start a role at short notice.
