Job summary

A regional finance and accounting consultancy seeks a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team in Warwick / Leamington Spa. This position offers a supportive, family-oriented environment with hybrid working, an early Friday finish, and opportunities for long-term career progression. Candidates should be part qualified in ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, with prior experience in an accountancy firm. Excellent IT skills and the ability to maintain business relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial accounts from within an accountancy firm.
• Ability to develop and maintain business working relationships.
• Experience as a Client Manager or similar.

Responsibilities

• Continuous review and work planning to meet business and client needs.
• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
• Perform routine bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and account reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts enabling clients to make informed decisions.
• Proactive communication with clients and team members.

Highly organised

IT skills including Excel and accounting software

Education

Part qualified or finalist ACCA, ACA / ICAEW or equivalent

AAT qualified
