Qualifications

• Part qualified accountant with ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA designation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing high-quality monthly management accounts packs with supporting schedules for internal and Board reporting.
• Reconcile key control accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Contribute to monthly stock reconciliations, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Oversee treasury activities including cash flow monitoring, FX hedging, and liquidity management.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and review monthly overheads with budget holders.
• Liaise with external auditors on statutory accounts and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance to the Credit Controller on credit control activities.
• Drive process improvements within the finance department and across the wider business.
