Job summary

Office Angels in Tadworth is seeking a finance analyst to produce management information, analyse pricing data, and partner with stakeholders to drive commercial decisions. Hybrid working is available, combining office and remote work to suit you.

You will develop reporting and dashboards, track KPIs, support governance, and help automate processes. Part-qualified accounting or finance experience is required along with strong Excel skills, MI presentation experience, and solid stakeholder

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant or finance experience
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience producing and presenting Management Information (MI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Producing and analysing pricing MI to support performance and decision-making
• Monitoring product and portfolio performance; identify trends and insights for senior stakeholders
• Developing dashboards and reporting solutions with KPI tracking
• Contributing to regulatory and fair value monitoring activities through analysis and reporting
• Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Operations, Treasury, Legal and other teams
• Improving reporting processes, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing ad hoc analysis to support governance requirements
• Maintaining reporting policies, procedures and documentation

Are you confident producing management information, analysing trends and partnering with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making?

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing and analysing pricing management information to support business performance and strategic decision-making
• Monitoring product and portfolio performance, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Supporting the development of reporting and dashboard solutions, including KPI tracking and performance analysis
• Contributing to regulatory and fair value monitoring activities through detailed analysis and reporting
• Partnering with teams across Finance, Sales, Customer Operations, Treasury, Legal and other business functions
• Developing and enhancing reporting processes, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing ad hoc analysis and business intelligence to support management and governance requirements
• Maintaining relevant policies, procedures and reporting documentation

Key Requirements:

• Part-qualified accountancy qualification or relevant finance experience
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, reporting and data analysis
• Experience producing and presenting Management Information (MI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using Power BI or other reporting tools would be advantageous
