Mitchells & Butlers' Marquis Arms in Swansea is seeking a part-time Chef to master the menu and help guests enjoy great dining. You’ll thrive in a busy pub kitchen, working with a team to serve dishes you can be proud of.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef is preferred.
• Able to work in a busy pub environment.
• Excellent food hygiene and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
