We continue to design buildings that are simple, purposeful, efficient, and beautiful, integrating advanced technology with sensitivity to environmental and human needs, in line with Ove Arup's vision for ‘Total Architecture'. Our projects span sectors such as transport, sport, science and industry, commercial buildings, and social infrastructure. We collaborate closely with Arup’s engineers and specialists to create the most beneficial outcomes for clients, society, and the planet.

Arup University and our Foresight and Innovation team help us differentiate our services and encourage individuals to pursue their passions. Our teams have access to state-of-the-art digital tools and the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week. You will join a vibrant, diverse, multidisciplinary office. Working directly with the Architecture Leader, you will provide design and project leadership throughout all stages of project development in various multidisciplinary projects, supporting the growth and development of the team.

Is this role right for you?

The Following Is Expected For the Part 2 Graduate

  • Part 1 RIBA accredited Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
  • Part 2 RIBA accredited 2-year master’s or equivalent
  • Demonstrates design flair with creative and analytical skills, 3D thinking, and ability to draw by hand, alongside knowledge of relevant design and visualisation software
  • Highly motivated, proactive, with a passion for learning new skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Communicative, curious, collaborative, conceptual thinker, collegiate, with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Interest in sustainability and climate change resilience

This role is based in London, and we will consider only London-based applications.
