  • Experience in high-end residential and small-scale developer projects.
  • Confident across all RIBA stages with a solid understanding of building regulations.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for good design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept design to technical delivery and completion.
  • Produce high-quality design and technical information using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Manage workloads and take responsibility for quality outputs with limited supervision.
  • Contribute positively to the practice's design ethos and team success.
