Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Southwark, Central London

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of UK practice experience, confident working in Revit, and eager to contribute to complex, design-led residential schemes.

Office

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)

Duties

• Assist project teams in developing design and technical information in Revit
• Support with the preparation of concept design presentations and planning packages
• Contribute to design development and coordination through RIBA Stages 2–4
• Prepare visuals, diagrams and reports to support planning and client submissions
• Collaborate closely with senior architects, technologists and consultants on live projects
• Participate in internal design reviews and help maintain high drawing and BIM standards

Requirements

• Masters Qualified and RIBA Part II qualified Architectural Assistant
• Minimum 1 year of UK practice experience
• Strong Revit skills (essential)
• Experience working on residential or mixed-use projects (preferred)
• Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulation processes
• Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about high-quality, sustainable design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
