Job summary

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced grounds maintenance supervisor to oversee grass upkeep, vegetation clearance and floral displays across Cardiff's parks and green spaces. The role requires a qualification in Amenity Horticulture or demonstrated substantial grounds maintenance experience, plus a full manual driving licence.

You will work within a team, delivering services to high standards in English and Welsh.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Amenity Horticulture/Fine Turf or substantial grounds maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Practical experience in operating relevant plant and machinery.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
