A leading grounds maintenance provider in the UK is seeking a Parks Engagement Co-ordinator based in Orpington to manage and support community groups and volunteers in local parks. You will develop stakeholder relationships and contribute to biodiversity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. This role offers competitive salary and benefits.
Location: Office-based in Orpington, with frequent travel across Bromley Borough.
Salary: £35,000 to £37,0000.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekends for meetings, events and volunteer days.
As a Parks Engagement Co‑ordinator, you will join our Parks Development Team in the London Borough of Bromley, representing the Borough through the idverde contract. Your responsibilities will support and manage volunteers and community groups to keep our local parks and green spaces thriving.
The core mission of this unique role is to develop, strengthen, and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
