About the role

Are you skilled contracts and performance manager ideally working within the parking sector? The postholder will provide strategic leadership for the commissioning, procurement and performance management of all Parking Service contracts, ensuring they deliver high quality customer focussed services and secure best value for the council. They will shape and implement policies that drive continuous improvement across service delivery with a particular focus on debt recovery, vehicle removal enforcement and IT systems.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a track record of mobilising contracts, directly managing contracts, skilled at contract negotiations and reading and understanding contacts.

In addition, the postholder will have excellent knowledge and understanding of the full procurement and contract award process, stakeholder management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to foster relationships with suppliers and adopt a partnership approach to contract management that achieves excellence in service delivery.
