Job summary

Driverz Work in West London is seeking a full-time Multi Drop Delivery Driver (DPD Service Provider) to collect parcels from a DPD depot and deliver them directly to customers using a van. You will work as an independent service provider, not directly employed by DPD.

This fast-paced role requires a driving license, one year of history, and the ability to meet tight delivery timeframes while maintaining professional customer service and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of driving history for insurance purposes.
• Valid UK manual driving licence.
• Must live 30 mins commute from DPD Park Royal NW10 7XF.
• 6 points max on driving record.
• Van driving experience required.
• Full training provided.
• Multi drop experience is helpful.
• Able to work in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Physically fit to lift and carry parcels.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collect parcels from the DPD depot and deliver to customers.
• Safely operate a van in compliance with road laws.
• Complete deliveries within DPD’s 1-hour ETA per parcel.
• Load and unload parcels safely.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.
• Maintain delivery records and obtain proof of delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch about routes and delays.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
