Job summary

Haven seeks a Head of Park Experience & Leisure Operations to lead Activities, Leisure, Entertainment and Retail Revenue across our park. You will drive the guest and owner experience strategy, revenue targets, and cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage Team Managers, push engagement and development, and ensure compliance with health & safety across all leisure activities, events and retail areas.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in hospitality, leisure or retail.
• Proven track record in guest experience and commercial performance.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Activities & Leisure, Entertainment and Retail Revenue teams at park level.
• Drive revenue, cost efficiency and service standards across all experiences.
• Own and deliver the park-level guest and owner experience strategy.
• Coach and develop Team Managers to build talent pipelines and engagement.
