Job summary

Church Times seeks an Incumbent to lead two welcoming churches on the south-east side of Stoke-on-Trent, with faithful worshipping communities and a strong lay commitment, to grow in faith, discipleship and mission.

The post involves prayerful leadership, collaborative ministry with lay leaders and PCCs, and developing opportunities for outreach while honouring our traditions and exploring new directions.

Responsibilities

• Deepen life of prayer, worship and sacramental ministry.
• Encourage confident discipleship and develop lay gifts.
• Build relationships with schools, families and the wider community.
• Help explore fresh opportunities for mission and outreach.
• Value traditions while enabling experimentation and renewal.
