Job summary

Angard Recruitment is hiring a Warehouse Operative for Parcelforce during the Christmas season. You will load and unload parcels, move items through the warehouse, and sort parcels for correct routes while ensuring safety and compliance with Royal Mail standards.

No prior experience is required, but a flexible, reliable team player who can lift up to 30 kg and push up to 250 kg with assistance is preferred. Expect long shifts and a dynamic work environment with weekly pay.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Load and unload parcels.


• Move parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently.

• Securely handle all items in the warehouse, including handling specific items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• No previous experience required; however, experience in similar environments is a bonus.


• Flexibility and comfort in switching between tasks.


• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg and push loads up to 250kg (with assistance for heavier items).


• Physical fitness and ability to manage long shifts on your feet.
