No prior experience is required, though experience in similar settings is a bonus. You should be flexible, able to lift up to 30kg, push up to 250kg with help, and stay fit during long shifts, working well in a team.

• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg and push loads up to 250kg (with assistance for heavier items).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parcels.
• Move parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
