Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring a delivery driver in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You’ll sort parcels, plan routes, and perform vehicle safety checks, delivering to homes and businesses.

You’ll need a full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) with up to 6 points, ability to lift 30kg, and a customer-focused approach. The role offers a permanent contract, 38 hours per week, overtime, and benefits.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday-Friday between 07:24-17:00.

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime

  • o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
