Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is looking for a Parcel Sorter to join our client site in Avonmouth (Bristol area). The role is a full-time position working 4 days per week (30+ hours) with two shift options, days and nights. Pay rates are £12.71 per hour (days) and £13.47 per hour (nights).

Duties include unloading parcels, scanning, sorting by postcode, and preparing parcels for despatch. Based in Avonmouth, the site offers practical on-site facilities and a casual but focused warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 30+ hours per week across 4 days.
• Willingness to perform manual lifting.
• Experience with parcel handling and basic scanning.

Responsibilities

• Unload parcels from lorries.
• Sort parcels by postcode zones.
• Load parcels onto conveyors and despatch.
• Operate handheld scanners.
• Assist with end-of-shift cleanup.

As a Parcel Sorter, you will be working:

• Full time role starting at 4 days a week (Must be able to work 30+ hours per week)
• 2 shifts to choose from varied start and finish time

The rate of pay as a Parcel Sorter:

• £12.71 p/h days
• £13.47 p/h nights

Duties and requirements as a Parcel Sorter:

• Unload parcels from a lorry
• Use handheld scanners
• Load parcels onto conveyor belts
• Sort parcels into appropriate postcode zones
• Load parcels ready for despatch
• Assist with general clean up at the end of the shift
• Some manual lifting
