Our sorting systems for parcel logistics are tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. Every system is therefore unique and must be fully engineered before implementation. To support this process, we are looking for a Parcel Solution Designer to join our team.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Develop integrated sorting and conveying solutions based on customer requirements, using our existing product portfolio.
  • Translate material flow analyses into detailed 3D layouts and documentation for proposals and presentations.
  • Support projects from the offer phase through to customer acceptance, ensuring effective coordination of developed solutions internally and with the customer.
  • Collaborate closely with control, product, and simulation experts within the team to ensure design compliance and system functionality.
  • Ensure the functional integrity of your assigned solution and report directly to the project manager.
  • Take technical responsibility for managing multidisciplinary project staff and work in close cooperation with international project teams.
  • Represent our solutions confidently to customers and gain their trust and approval through professional communication and expertise.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in plant design and/or mechanical or steel structure design within logistics or material flow systems.
  • Experience with 3D CAD systems (AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Inventor, or BIM) is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation to contribute proactively to shared goals.
  • A responsible approach with the ability to maintain a clear overview while managing detailed tasks.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A confident, professional demeanour and enjoyment of working with both internal and external stakeholders.
