Job summary

InPost Ltd. in Lincoln is seeking a Parcel Delivery Driver to join our UK hub, part of a fast-growing, dynamic logistics group.

You will load your vehicle, deliver parcels safely and on time, and keep the warehouse and vehicle secure while following our procedures. The role requires a Full UK driving Licence (max 6 points), at least 3 years’ driving experience, solid local area knowledge, and a physically fit, hardworking, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
• At least 3 years driving experience
• No previous disqualifications NI, DD or DR
• Solid local geographical knowledge of commercial addresses & streets
• Physically fit to meet the demands of multi-drop driving and warehouse work
• Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work
• Fully DBS checked before commencement
• Drug & alcohol testing if selected on a random basis

Responsibilities

• Load your vehicle safely and within legislation
• Deliver parcels to customers safely, efficiently and on time
• Ensure security of the vehicle and goods during transit
• Uplift previous days orders
• Complete all documentation as per company procedure
• Break down, allocate and load inbound supplies
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
• Adhere to company procedures and policies

Location:

Inpost, 4 Rosehall Rd, Bellshill, ML4 3NR

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday / Tuesday - Saturday on a rotating basis with a long weekend every fortnight

Hours:

08:00 - 16:30 (40hrs per week)

Salary: £13.01 p/h

What you’ll be doing:

• Load your vehicle safely and within legislation
• Deliver parcels to our customers safely, efficiently and on time
• Ensure security of the vehicle and goods contained during transit to customer
• Uplifting previous days orders
• Complete all documentation as per company procedure

What we need from you:
