Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting for a permanent delivery role in Perth. The post carries 28.5 hours weekly with overtime options, typically Monday to Saturday, 09:30–19:00, and a starting salary of £25,201.

Overtime and weekend premiums apply, with progression to potentially £30,000 per year based on hours and performance. You will sort parcels, plan routes, perform vehicle safety checks, and deliver to homes and businesses while maintaining a friendly, dependable

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Independent but also a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes.
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks.
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses.
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail.
