Job summary

Royal Mail Group is seeking a Parcel Delivery Driver at the Wrexham Delivery Office for a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 30 hours per week across Monday to Sunday. Shifts include afternoons and evenings, with weekend rotas.

You will prepare your van, use route-planning tools, and deliver parcels to customers, acting as a proud Royal Mail ambassador while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends as required by rota.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service and professional conduct.
• Ability to interact with customers and act as a positive Royal Mail ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels on your route using route-planning tools and ensure timely delivery.
• Prep your van and workload for the day to meet daily targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a representative of Royal Mail.
