Job summary

A leading delivery service provider in the UK is looking for Delivery Drivers to distribute parcels within Southend-on-Sea. You will deliver parcels on a dedicated route, maintain high integrity standards, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires a full UK driving licence and offers shift work across 5 days including weekends.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving licence, with no more than six points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.

Royal Mail delivers parcels every day to people throughout the country and are relied on by communities across the UK. We are now looking for Delivery Drivers to be a part of this world-class service.

You will be responsible for delivering parcels quickly and efficiently, by driving on a dedicated route, while maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service! Other duties may also include sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office.

Working Hours

• The role is working 5 days per week over 7 days including Saturday and Sunday Rotation
• Shift time is 15:00-21:00 (Shift times may vary)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full UK Driving licence, with no more than six points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Upbeat and self‑motivated.
• Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
• Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.
