A financial services organization in Norwich is seeking a Paraplanning Team Leader to lead and mentor the paraplanning team, ensuring high-quality support to Independent Financial Advisers while maintaining compliance. To lead and mentor the paraplanning team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality paraplanning support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and clients, while upholding company procedures and regulatory standards.
The role is hybrid, 3 days from the Norwich office, 2 days can be home-based.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in direct line management of paraplanners (essential), including performance management, and the ability to guide the team through a period of complex change, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
