Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a rapidly expanding wealth management group undergoing significant growth through strategic acquisitions. The business combines the energy of a modern, fast‑scaling organisation with the stability of private equity backing.

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to lead, support, and develop a high‑performing team of around 13 paraplanners, based across multiple UK locations. This role is central to ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support to advisers and clients, while helping guide the team through an evolving landscape shaped by continued M&A activity.

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in the Bristol office and 2 days working from home.
