Integro Partners Ltd is seeking a Paraplanner to support financial advisers across the UK network. The role focuses on research, analysis and report writing to deliver high-quality financial guidance for clients.

Salary up to £45,000 DOE with multiple locations across the UK and an option of 3 days working from home. The business provides independent financial advice tailored to clients' needs and operates across a wide UK footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Paraplanning or similar support role.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial planning tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adhere to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clients' financial situation, objectives and risk profiles.
• Conduct research on financial products, solutions and cashflow modelling.
• Prepare suitability reports and ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant.
• Maintain up-to-date client records on the back-office system and support advisers as needed.
