Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Paraplanning manager to lead and develop Paraplanning and ADSU teams in a busy advisory environment in Greater London. You will manage performance, wellbeing and recruitment while maintaining a reduced caseload and ensuring high-quality client service.

As a key contact for advisers and executives, you will drive improvements using MI data, oversee workflow, and promote compliance with regulatory standards. A collaborative, high-performing culture is expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong Paraplanning experience with high-quality report-writing skills.
  • CII Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum).
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring others.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments and regulation.

  • Previous people-management experience (desirable)
  • Advanced Diploma, Chartered status or working towards it (desirable)
  • Experience managing hybrid or multi-site teams (desirable)
  • Knowledge of workflow systems, MI and Curo (desirable)
  • Experience supporting operational change and process improvement initiatives (desirable)

Demonstrates strong Paraplanning expertise with high-quality report-writing skills, alongside effective leadership in coaching and developing teams. Proficient in managing performance, driving operational improvements, and ensuring compliance within financial planning.
