Recruit Wealth is recruiting a Paraplanner for its Marlborough hub, joining a high-performing financial planning team. You will produce high quality reports and research, supporting financial planners with client reviews and ongoing planning needs.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with strong governance, flexible/hybrid working, and clear career progression as the firm continues its growth in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous paraplanning experience with financial advice.
• Diploma qualification; willing to study further.
• Intelligent Office experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Producing high quality suitability reports.
• Conducting detailed research on financial products, providers and strategies.
• Supporting Financial Planners with client reviews and ongoing planning needs.
• Acting as a technical support contact for the financial planner and client queries.
• Submitting applications to providers and managing documentation.
• Maintaining accurate, compliant and well-presented client records.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance standards.
