Job summary

Artemis Clarke Ltd. based in Brighton is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our client’s team in an office-based role with a competitive salary. You will work alongside Advisers, providing technical support to ensure end-to-end client management and robust report production.

You will contribute to research, use templates for reports, and coordinate with providers during transfers and setup of investments, ensuring accurate monthly payments and compliance readiness.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of financial products, procedures and relevant law.
• Ability to work with defined business processes.
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, Advisers and providers.

Responsibilities

• Acts as key point of contact for clients; organising and dealing with correspondence via telephone, email or letter, as well as attending meetings with clients.
• Works with the Adviser(s) to ensure that client reports (suitability reports, annual review reports, meeting notes, portfolio report) are generated using standard templates where appropriate.
• Supports the Adviser(s) in utilising other agreed toolsets to provide data for client identification, e.g. lifestyle planning via cashflow analysis, risk reports, investment analysis.
• Conducts research required to support advice from Adviser(s), including relevant analysis, technical product research, and producing illustrations.
• Acts as main point of contact between Providers and Adviser(s) in the transfer, set up and administration of investments and policies on behalf of clients.
• Ensures that client fees and commission are set up and maintained correctly to support accurate monthly payments to the Adviser(s).
• Liaises with Compliance Teams and completes any remedial work required to allow the Adviser(s) to proceed with business.
