Job summary

Brevere Group in Leicester is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing team within a leading Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm. You will support Financial Advisers by delivering high‑quality technical research and well‑structured, compliant reports.

The role offers full study support towards professional qualifications, clear progression opportunities, and a collaborative environment with exposure to high‑quality planning cases.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a paraplanning or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, tax and retirement planning.
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• Well-organised, proactive with IT systems and financial planning software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning solutions.
• Produce clear, accurate, client-friendly suitability reports.
• Assist with complex technical case work and planning strategies.
• Ensure client files are complete, accurate and fully compliant.
• Support the end-to-end new business process, liaising with providers and internal teams.
