Job summary

Artemis Clarke Ltd in Warwick invites applications for a Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm. This full-time, hybrid role supports three Financial Advisers and focuses on delivering high-quality financial planning solutions and excellent client experience.

You will prepare suitability reports, analyse investments and pensions, and help implement and review client plans. A Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is advantageous.

We are recruiting for a Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm based in Warwick. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting three Financial Advisers, playing a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions and an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports.
• Conduct research and analysis on investments, pensions, and financial planning products.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and ongoing review of client financial plans.
• Gather, verify, and maintain accurate client information and documentation.
• Produce cashflow models and financial planning scenarios.
• Ensure all recommendations meet FCA regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Liaise effectively with Financial Advisers and the administration team.
• Prepare supporting documentation for client meetings.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Manage workloads effectively and consistently meet agreed deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and personal finance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing high-quality, compliant suitability reports.
• Good understanding of investment products, pensions, and wealth management solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Experience within a paraplanning, financial planning, or wealth management environment is highly desirable.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or currently working towards it) is advantageous.
