Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a well-established, family-run financial planning / IFA firm? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit team where your expertise will make a real impact.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a team of 6 independent financial advisers, with a strong back-office team, in an investment, pensions, and IHT focused IFA environment. This is a fully on-site role in St Albans, so we’re looking for someone commutable who values stability and long-term commitment.

What We’re Looking For

• Part-qualified or close to completing Level 4 Diploma as a minimum.
• A few years’ experience as a Paraplanner , ideally with some client‑facing responsibilities.
• Proficient in Intelligent Office (IO), AJ Bell and other back‑office platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, and tax planning.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
