Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years in a paraplanner role is required.
  • Level 4 qualification or working towards one is ideal.
  • Experience in report writing for various advice types (e.g., pension, investment) is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare review reports for client reviews.
  • Write suitability reports for investments.
  • Ensure compliance paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain IO client records diligently.
  • Participate in client meetings effectively.
  • Liaise with product providers as needed.

Skills

2+ years in a similar role
Knowledge of Intelligent Office
Experience across a variety of advice types including pension, investment and protection
Experience of report writing across various advice types

You’ll support Advisers through report writing and client reviews across a wide variety of investment types, maintaining client records and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Your day-to-day:
  • Preparing review reports for client reviews
  • Writing suitability reports
  • Ensuring relevant compliance paperwork is completed and on file
  • Maintaining IO client records
  • Participating in client meetings
