Job summary

Oakley Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation in Cardiff to recruit a Paraplanner on a full-time permanent basis. The role focuses on researching investments and preparing detailed bespoke reports for advisers.

You will analyse financial plans, perform transfer analysis and contribute to comprehensive suitability reports, supporting advisers with accurate documentation. The client offers hybrid working opportunities, a contributory pension, medical cash plan and annual bonus

Qualifications

• Diploma in Financial Planning is required.
• Paraplanning experience in an Independent Financial Advice environment.
• Strong knowledge of personal financial planning, investments and products.
• Experience preparing financial planning research and suitability reports.
• Excellent written communication, numerical and report-writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
