Qualifications

• Strong paraplanning experience and technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with financial planning platforms.
• CII Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards Chartered status).
• Ability to mentor and provide quality assurance within the team.
• A passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate client records and KYC data.
• Analysing client objectives to identify planning opportunities.
• Researching and recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Writing clear, compliant suitability reports.
• Ensuring all advice meets governance standards.
