A healthcare organization in Banbury is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves diagnosing and managing various conditions, and engaging in health promotion initiatives. The ideal candidate should have HCPC registration and advanced qualifications for professional growth. This is a full-time, permanent position with attractive training benefits.
To provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of safe, efficient, and proactive healthcare services. This includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and supporting health promotion and prevention initiatives. Working as part of the on‑the‑day acute care team, managing presentations of acute illness with support of the duty GP.

We employ around 300 staff with a turnover of circa £16 m, holding GMS contracts and representing approximately 650,000 patients through a GP Federation.
