Starting Salary: £40,000 per annum + bonus scheme and benefits.

Location: Hybrid (office and home working) Bristol.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 – 5.

Role Overview

We are recruiting registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Bristol who want to use and build upon their clinical skills and knowledge. This position offers a balance of work life and professional development as a WCA Functional Assessor.

Responsibilities

You will undertake a combination of file‑work, face‑to‑face and telephone/video assessments with customers regarding PIP or ESA benefits. Reports will inform DWP decision‑makers about benefit claims. Assessments focus on how a disability affects a customer’s daily life and work‑related activities.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing CPD (over 100 hours per annum), support with revalidation and opportunities to develop your career.

Requirements
  • One year’s post‑registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist.

  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
