The Role

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will be working closely with Conveyancing Fee Earners. You will be responsible for ensuring all records and accounts are maintained to the highest standard. Other responsibilities will include liaising with clients via phone or email, assisting clients with enquiries and preparing SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. It would be ideal if they are proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. They will have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience of being in a similar position of supporting Fee Earners on all aspects of residential conveyancing is preferable.
