A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking a motivated paralegal to assist in property litigation matters and landlord-tenant issues. The role requires at least one year of paralegal experience and a strong focus on detail in a fast-paced environment. Be assisting in a wide range of property litigation matters concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants.
Work as part of a friendly and supportive team who will train and help to develop your skills.
Engage in pre-action correspondence with third parties.
Take instructions from clients and regularly keep them updated.
You will also be responsible for supporting senior fee earners on their own cases, helping with discrete tasks or larger projects across the team, and have a strong focus on being a responsible business with a commitment to sustainability and giving back to our communities.
