Responsibilities
  • You will be joining this expanding private client department supporting fee earners handling estate administration, will drafting, tax planning, creation & management of trusts and preparation of lasting powers of attorney.
  • You must have good drafting skills across a wide range of legal documents, placing particular importance on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good listening and problem solving skills; excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken form, and ability to communicate technical and complex subjects.
  • Passion for client care and service, motivated and organised. Be able to deal with work proactively and to work on own initiative, plus problem solving abilities.
  • Team working skills are essential. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and genuinely interested in career progression within the firm.
