The Role:

• Assist senior lawyers and the Legal Director with intellectual property cases, including copyright, trademark, and brand enforcement matters.
• Independently manage client queries relating to online infringement and IP enforcement.
• Liaise with external counsel, brand owners, digital platforms, and enforcement agencies to resolve IP matters efficiently.
• Support drafting, filing, and management of legal notices, takedown requests, and related IP documentation.
• Maintain accurate time recording and case management systems to meet targets.
