Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners and working to a chargeable hours target.
• Running a caseload of access injunctions.
• Drafting general correspondence and documents.
• Undertaking legal research and liaising with clients to advise on cases.
• Liaison with third parties, including Counsel, defendants and the Courts.
• Preparing pleadings and witness statements; liaising with witnesses.
• Preparing disclosure and handling invoicing tasks.
